BUY SPACE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There is no limit to the number of spaces you intend
to purchase. The charges will be USD5 per month for each space after your
Free One Month Period
expired
except spaces
located in Homepage 1. You can
choose the page (Homepage 2, Homepage 3,...) where the available spaces are located.
For spaces located in Homepage 1 the charges will be USD10 per month for
each space after your Free One Month Period
had expired. If you do
not provide us the page you preferred your space to be, we will place
your image and link at any pages at our discretion except at Homepage 1.
- When you buy a space in
The
Dollar Space,
you will not own any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are
granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published
on the
homepage in the respective spaces you have paid for.

Once
you have submitted your image or link and subsequently uploaded to
The
Dollar Space
homepage, you cannot change it. Any request for changes will incurred a fee
of USD3 for each amendment made. Send your request for changes via e-mail to
sales@thedollarspace.com.
- There will be no
refund for cancellation once your image and link are accepted and
published.
- The site will be online for a minimum of
10 years guaranteed. However, we will keep it online forever as part of our
long term plan.
- No obscene/ offensive/ adult images/
adult links will be accepted, and we will decide what is appropriate for our
site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the
opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded
and you will lose your spaces you have purchased.
- If your link is accepted and you later
change the content of the linked site to show offensive/ obscene/ adult
material, then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and
you will not get a refund for the link downtime. A period of 1 week is given
for you to provide a new link, or else, your images and links will be
removed permanently from the space. No refund will be given to such cases.
- Any request on the removal of images and
links are acceptable. However, you will not get your refund and the space
will become available again to others.
- Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and
do not exceed 250kb. Animated images are well preferred.
- Links must be to web pages only and begin
with http://. You must have the authority to provide the image and link for
the website you submit.
- Funds must be fully received and cleared
before your image go live on the homepage.
- Once the funds have cleared (in our
PayPal
account), we will get your space online within 24 - 48hours, and
duration for the space available for you will be start counted from the day
it goes online. You can either choose to pay by month or by year. Your
images and links will not be displayed if you delayed the payments for 1
month from the deadline of your duration for your space.
- Maintenance will be done every Wednesday
from +GMT 8.00 9.00pm to +GMT 8.00 11.00pm. We apologize for any
inconvenience made.
- A free space will be given when you
have
successfully invited 10 friends to purchase our spaces for a one year
contract package. The friends you had invited have to send a confirmation report to
us via e-mail to ensure that you are their genuine friend before the free
space be given to you. This free space will be for your usage for a
period of 1 year.
